How to hold a newsletter sponsor slot without double-booking

Two people said yes. Friday still only exists once. A maybe in the inbox has no timer, so the week still looks open when the second person asks. You say yes twice, then you pick who to disappoint.

What a deadline changes

Give the first sponsor a hold until a time you choose. While that hold is live, the Friday is not available for the second sponsor. If the first sponsor confirms, you mark it booked and it stays. If they do not, the Friday opens again. You still create one record per real spot. SlotHold does not read your calendar.
